It sounds like all your setup is correct and I haven't seen this problem before. Do you have a firewall running on the Synology that mght be blocking inbound connections to port 9790? You can check this by going to Control Panel > Security > Firewall. My settings are the defaults: Ports = All, Source IP = All, Action = Allow. |
