You should do a manual update to 0.8.3 in the Package Center, assuming that the Package Center allows you to do this. If not, please let me know.

When you update to 0.8.3, update 66 should be installed automatically. You can check this by looking at the MinimServer log.

If you don't update to 0.8.3, you will get this problem again at some stage.

Please clear the UPnP cache again after you have updated to 0.8.3 update 66.
