It looks like this file list has been truncated. Is there also a file named /tmp/minimserver-sh.log?

The length of 0 for the minimserver-out-nnnnn.log files is consistent with having the wrong version of Java installed. From an SSH command prompt, please type ths command:

java -version

What output does this produce?
