Minimwatch not starting

I tried to relaunch MinimWatch today, having not needed it for a while, and it would not launch from the icon.

The only way to make it work was to enter

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\MinimWatch\lib"
javaw -jar mwatch.jar

From the command prompt.

What is the simplest thing I can do to avoid the need to do this each time?
