This message will appear even if you have the correct JRE. This is a QNAP issue that I can't fix.

Please check the system log on the QNAP to see if there are any error messages.

If you don't see anything there, please disable and enable MinimServer from the QPKG Center, then open a command shell on the QNAP using SSH, then type the commands:

ls -l /tmp/minim*.log
ls -l /share/Public/minim*.log

You should see some matching log files in one or both of these directories. What do these log files contain?
