Combination of decade and yearOnly Tag option

It does all look right. I have copied the bold values to the properties settings on my test system and everything is working as expected.

Did you restart MinimServer arfter adding these settings?

You might also need to clear the control, point cache if you are using a control point that has a cache. For some control points, you might need to close the control point and restart it.

Which control point are you using? Can you try a different control point?
