Are you sure the Decade.decade.index setting is active?

indexTags: Artist, All Artists, Composer, Decade, Date, Genre, Conductor, Orchestra, Composition, Collection, #AudioQuality, #AudioData, Movement, CollectionAlbum
tagOptions: Album.sortTags={Album, Artist},Artist.ignore.sort.display={The,A,Les}, Composer.reverseName.display.index, Conductor.reverseName.display.index, Decade.decade.index, Date.yearOnly.*
tagValues: Artist.value.sort={ArtistSort}, AlbumArtist.value.sort={AlbumArtistSort}, Decade.default={Date}

Does that all look right?
