I think I'm starting to get this ... It seems best, as a rule of thumb, to avoid overlapping channels so on 2.4GHz this leaves a choice of 1, 6 and 11. I didn't have much luck on Channel 1 as this is the channel that most of my neighbours are using. I will try 6 and 11 at some point.

I have setup my router aacording to the advice on this webpage:

My devices now see two networks, one of which is dedicated to 5GHz. I have also disabled smart setup. Whether or not it might make a difference I don't know. At present, everything is working. Playback is being activated and the Now Playing screen is displaying and updating correctly.

Am I right in assuming that to connect at 5GHz would be the best option ... but now with the BT Home Hub 4?
