This sounds like a problem with the way your network is transmitting multicast messages between your laptop and the Android device running BubbleUPnP. What router do you have and does this router provide the wireless signal for the Android device? Also, does the laptop running JPLAYStreamer and MinimServer connect to the router using a wired or wireless connection?
