Displaying disc number

You could use tag formatting (Properties - Advanced tab; add the disc number to the album name to produce something like:

This old album, Disc 1

for which I guess the tag format would be

Title.displayFormat={$album$discnumber^^^, Disc }

The spaces would need to be included, and you would need to include discnumber in itemTags (Properties - Server tag).
