Please try setting IGMP snooping to off in both Time Capsules, then power off all your network equipment and the NAS/streamer/iPad. After this, power the equipment on again in the following order:

1) The router Time Capsule (then wait 5 minutes)
2) The bridge Time Capsule
3) The Synology NAS
4) The NAIM streamer
5) The iPad

Unfortunately not.... All the devices also have fixed IP address. Should the minim server be visible ALL the time? Because after a few minutes it re-appears in the NAIM app.
