I'm not familiar with this device or the way it handles multicast traffic. On most routers, the setting is just off or on. You could try changing it to high to see whether this makes a difference.

I am having the same issues with discovering the minimserver on a Synology NAS in combination with the NAIM app. I use Apple Time Capsule, toggled IGMP Snooping, multicast rates etc. but no improvement. It appears and the moment after it is gone. The Synology mediaserver is 'behaving' better. Is there a way to change the SSDP? Any options I can try? thx!
