Tagupdate list for languages

Hello!

I just tagged all my music with the language tag as in the specification of ID3 with ISO 639-2 language code. But it doesn't look very pretty to have an control point "eng" or "deu". So I created a tagupdate list. I took the codes from this Wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-2_codes

For my own use I also translated the major languages into German.
