I tried this and I didn't get any error message from MinimServer 0.8.3 after editing a WAV file with the latest version of Metadatics. Are you still seeing this problem?

I received a beta version of Metadatics and all seems fine now. No errors reported in minimserver logs after multiple edits and rescans.
I'm still using 0.8.2 as it's working well for me. Little reluctant to upgrade as I noticed quite a few threads for synology owners.
