Unfortunately rebooting didn't help. I can SSH into the NAS, but i'm not too au fait with running commands. Can you give me some pointers, or a link to guidance on this please?

Just type the string:

echo $JAVA_HOME

and press the Enter key. Then type the string:

ls -l "$JAVA_HOME/bin/java"

and press the Enter key.

When you have finished, type the string:

exit

and press the Enter key.
