I think we are very close to solving the mystery.

Does the system log contain any messages that begin with "MinimServer start error"? If so, please post the full text of these messages.

If there aren't any messages in the system log, please repeat the previous stop/start sequence and then copy the file /volume1/MinimServer/appData/minimserver-out.log and attach it here.
