There shouldn't be any difference in the audio data. However, some people have experienced clicks, pops or static noise between tracks when playing DSF files. I suggest you start with a couple of albums and play them to see whether you are affected by this issue. If you do experience it, you might be able to solve it by adding the dsf:dopwav transcoding setting.
