The term "folder view" may be confusing. What you are seeing is not a list of folders in your library but the top-level MinimServer "tag view" menu. One of the choices in the top-level MinimServer "tag view" menu is "folder view" (a view of your library's folder structure) and all the other choices are using the tags in your library.
