Is MinimServer active on your QNAP? You can tell by logging in to the QNAP, going in to Apps and seeing if you have a green On next to MinimServer.
If its Off, click on it to turn it On. If its On, click to turn Off and then again to turn On. Look at MinimWatch and hopefully it will be seeing MinimServer on your QNAP again.
