The problem isn't related to Java. It's related to MinimServer. It appears that MinimServer wasn't uninstalled completely when you replaced the disks.

The next step would be to extract this file from the MinimServer installation package as described in the referenced thread. This is slightly tricky, so I am attaching a copy here. You need to do the following:

1) Copy the remove.tar.gz file to the NAS
2) Login to the NAS via SSH as root
3) Use tar xf to extract the remove.sh file
4) Run the remove.sh file

If this is successful, the remove.sh file will be deleted as the final step of the removal process.
