Accepting update on Synology NAS has broken MinimServer

All my recent updates to MinimServer and MinimWatch have been done immediately after seeing update availability messages popping up on my PC. However, I was browsing my Synology DS412+ NAS a few minutes ago and saw a message in the Package Center that there was an update waiting for MinimServer. I activated the update but got some error message relating to Java.

MinimServer is now no longer working and is shown as uninstalled. I attempted to run the normal installation process from scratch but my NAS keeps telling me that "Port 9790 configured for this package is either used by another service or reserved for system use. Please disable or modify the conflicting service, or contact the developer to modify the package configuration".

Where do I go from here?
