I've just tried to use Audionet but it refuses to discover MinimServer. It does discover Twonky. I've tried force-quitting and restarting the app and I've tried restarting the iPod. Any suggestions?

A few thoughts:
1) You refer to 'the iPod'. I've only used Audionet on an iPad mini and an iPhone 4: what precise device are you using?
2) Compatibility is stated as iOS 6.0 or later. I'm using iOS 7.1.2: which iOS are you using?
3) Have you bought the In-App purchase to extend the playlist? Maybe playback could be inhibited if you have not and try to play more than 10 tracks.
4) An updated version, 1.4.0, was released on 7 Sept 2014: have you tried this?

In the last 6 months I've used the Audionet control app with Naim, Cyrus, Krell and Sonore renderers without any problems. I've accessed MinimServer libraries via MinimServer installed on a Synology DS412+ and installed on a Mac Pro.
