Multiple Disc Albums Strange Rips

In n stream on my iPad I'm not sure how to describe so you will understand, I tried to post screen shots from my iPad but they do not appear for some reason.

But in the screen following the first disc screen, I have a folder (that when I open it leads me to the second disc), plus all the unwanted individual tracks too, each with cover art and when opening them the track appears/plays. I assume these individual tracks are albums.

I will need to see the screenshots to be able to understand this. What is the filetype of the images you were trying to attach?

They are screen shots taken using the iPad so don't know the file type used, don't know a way to find out. I can choose the files no prob but after Adding Attachments the screen shows Attached Files and Thumbnail but clicking says 'file does not exist'.
Could it be an iPad thing ? But no way to move to laptop I know of.

Edit when I say screenshots it's not using the camera but the iPad feature capturing the n stream screen.
