Top level menu icons \ images
Hi,

I'm using indexArtwork to get images for the various top level menus such as albums, items, Artist, Genre and [folder view] in Cambridge Audio StreamMagic. I have the graphics in a sub-dir /Music/indexArtwork and have images named to match the menu items, although not sure what to use for the [folder view] so for that I have a file named folder.jpg in the /Music directory.

All is working for all menus* but not [folder view], in fact it is using folder.jpg from my first artist directory proved by copying the jpg I want to use to that directory and it is displayed.

I have tried indexArtwork=all, auto, folder and whilst the folder option results in a folder being displayed as the graphic for [folder view] it isn't the one I want, and it also messes up what is displayed for the artists directories.

I'm sure I've had this working before but a new NAS has meant a new install and I can't remember how I got it working.

Any ideas of what setting(s) I should use?

Also how do I get the image (folder.jpg) in the top level artist directory to display when I select the Artist menu item?

Cheers, Tony

*It it is also working for sub menus e.g. below Genre I'm getting the graphics for the genres I have defined.

RE: Top level menu icons \ images
The image filename is the same as the name shown in the browsing index, so you need to put a file named [folder view].jpg in the /Music/indexArtwork directory.

Hi Simon,

I could've sworn I'd tried that. Anyway renamed folder.jpg as suggested and voila all is good.

Cheers,
Tony
