Minim server 2.2 Activation trouble

I was successful on activating my license but when I went to scan my library on my Synology NAS, It stopped halfway through. I then decided to deactivate the license and start over.

When I try to activate the license I get this message.

Unable to connect to license server: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Any help greatly appreciated

It sounds like your NAS was unable to connect to the license server. This could be a temporary network issue. I have checked that the license server is up and running now. Do you still see this message if you try again?

The other problem regarding scanning your library is not related to your license. If this happens again, check the minimserver.log file in the MinimServer/appData shared folder to see if there are any error messages.

Yes I still see this message.

What device are you using to run MinimServer? If it is a QNAP or Synology NAS, what version of QTS or DSM do you have?

What version and update level of MinimServer are you running? You can see this on the MinimServer configuration web page.

I am using a Synoogy 1812 NAS

DSM Version is 6.2.4

I am using Minimserver 2.2 Update 247

Thank you for this link. I followed every step and it seems all went well. In my configuration page it says Minimserver is running but it still says update 247. When i try to activate license I still get this message.

This means you haven't updated successfully from update 247 to update 248 (or later). Did you try to do the update using MinimWatch or using the DSM Package Center?

I tried this myself using the DSM Package Center and it worked as expected.
