You don't need to download anything from this page. Just do the following:

1) In Synology DSM File Manager, open the MinimServer shared folder and select the appData subfolder
2) Delete the minimserver.config file. Do not delete any other files.
3) From DSM Package Center, uninstall MinimServer, making sure you select the option to backup the configuration files.
4) From DSM Package Center, install MinimServer

The above applies if you have a MinimServer full license. If you have a MinimServer starter license, you don't need steps 1) and 2).

I follow your procedure.

but I do not find the option to back up the configuration files before uninstall..

You will see the option to backup the configuration files after clicking Uninstall.

but from the packets center, minimserver disapear..

If you select All Packages from the Package Center and scroll down the list to the Contributor section at the end of the list, you should see MinimServer there.

unfortunatly I can not display the list contributor.. error message

These messages mean that your NAS is not connected to the internet. To fix this, do the following:

1) Select Control Panel, then select Network
2) On the General tab, make sure the default gateway is correct
3) On the Network Interface tab, make sure your LAN connection is using DHCP

and my Synology is display on my network windows browser..

The problem is with your Synology's internet connection. The local LAN connection (used by your Windows browser to display the Synology's user interface) is working OK.

Is it possible that some setting in your router is blocking the Synology's internet connection?

The quickest solution might be to contact Synology support and say that your Synology cannnot access apps in the Synology Package Center.
