Absolute address syntax
Hi

I have a few QNAP NAS drives and to be able to easily see what is on one folder of a NAS separately for a couple of other folders I have set up MiniServer on an alternate NAS drive.

I cannot work out the correct absolute address I need to use for MinimServer on one NAS to 'see' a folder on another NAS.

Can anyone help please?

RE: Absolute address syntax
If you are running MinimServer on device A and you want this instance of MinimServer to scan and read a shared folder on device B, you need to mount the B folder onto device A using the QNAP HybridMount app as described on this page. You can then use the mounted path on device A in the MinimServer contentDir property.

Simon

Thanks

I've got QNAP HybridMount working but then I'm stumped as to the correct mounted path to use in the contentDir property
