Thanks for confirming this. It sounds like there is a disk I/O caching timing issue with MinimServer having completed writing the libohNet.so file to the disk filesystem but the operating system not having propagated the filesystem change to the physical disk hardware.

There are some "tricks" that can be used for force a physical disk write in this situation and I will look into adding code to do this after libohNet.so has been written and before MinimServer tries to load it.

I try a delay of 40s, maybe it helps.

This won't make any difference. The error is happening before the delay wait.

I found out the following:
My server is switched on with a master-slave-switch-box.
When I switch off too early, then the server comes to that state and will not start anymore.
System Arbian on a Tinkerboard.
