New Synology and Licence

I have a Licence, which i was using on 3 machines (Lenny, Acer and MrsH).
I have just bought a Synology NAS and installed Minim. When I tried to activate the licence it said I had Minim on 3 devices (correct).
So I uninstalled Minim from Acer, which should leave me 1 space.
But when I go to the Synology page to activate the licence, it still says all 3 activations are being used even though I've uninstalled the one on (Acer).
Can anyone help please. Thanks
