Ok, so if it works (what it currently does) I think we're good. I've identified a dedicated VLAN for audio streaming to tackle issues if they appear again. For now, Kazoo starts up lightning fast, after an update that was served via the Mac App store (4.13.82).

Interesting to add is that Kazoo forgot again the player and the server. Changed the IGMP snooping to Disabled in all network devices and Kazoo found the player and server again. So I think Simoncn suggestion was worth it!
