The questions is whether all your directories contain music files. You can manually delete @eaDir directories. These are the directories created by the Synology indexing service. Also check if there are any symbolic links under your content directory. Those are also likely to casue problems.

If a folder (and all its subfolders) contains no audio files, this folder isn't counted in the 65000 limit.

Please try this again with 0.71. There was a bug in 0.70 that caused folders to be included even though they don't contain audio files.

You can see which folders are being scanned by using the MinimWatch log window to set the logging level to Verbose, then restarting MinimServer.

Thanks simon! Updated to 0.71 and MinimServer finally works! No more 65000 folders error!
