My Docker instructions have worked on other platforms so it seems that unRAID is doing something different. It's good that you have a solution that works at present but it might not continue to work in the future.

I am very interested to run MiniM in an Unraid docker. Would very much appreciate your how-to guide. Are you experiencing issue upon reboot as called in another post?
