Is it depending on the cpu type? In my case it is the ds213+ with a freescale powerpc e500v.

It's fine to update to DSM 6.0 now if your NAS doesn't have an ARMv7 processor.

It should also be OK to update to DSM 6.0 on ARMv7 models if you carefully follow the instructions in this section.

Bit the Bullet
And it works Fine on 1813+

Upgraded to ver 6 on synology.
Upgraded everything in "Package Center"
Manually installed MinimServer-0.8.3.4-x64.spk
Once installed pressed run.
but didn't run.
Package center had Java 7 installed but Java 8 ready to install.
Installed Java 8.
Went back to MinimServer .
Pressed run.
It all works!!

Need help too. Everything upgraded except I cannot install MinimServer-0.8.3.4-armv7.spk. I get a message stating that "This package does not contain a digital signature."

Never had this problem with MinimServer upgrades before.

Any advice?
