Warning: conflicting

Hello Simon, looks like i have a warning thing in the log, and here is one of all others i get. "Warning: conflicting ALBUMARTIST values ignored for album Greatest Hits
first conflicting value: NSYNC
first conflicting item: This I Promise You
second conflicting value: Jody Watley
second conflicting item: Some Kind of Lover"

NSYNC= .flac
Jody Watley= .mp3

Now i have compared those two files, opened them with Mp3tag and compared them but i don't know what to look for a conflict to correct. Could you help me please?

Tag Album Artist must be the same for all tracks in album Greatest Hits, for example, Various Artist if tag Artist is various for each track in this album.
