Hi
I´ve got the same message when trying to upgrade DSM Then I´ve unistalled Minimserver first, upgraded to DSM 6.0 and reinstalled Minimserver. That works fine :-) Minimserver 0.8.3.1 version on my DS213+. Josef |

RE: Synology DSM 6.0 Beta
Yes, that worked! However I do get an error that Minimserver cannot start, but it is up and running.

There isn't any attachment to your post. To attach a file, you need to select the file using New Attachment / Browse and then click Add Attachment. If you don't click Add Attachment, the file won't be attached. The problem with the message about MinimServer not starting would happen with 0.8.3 but should not happen with 0.8.3.1. Although MinimServer is running, this is a serious problem because it means you can't stop and restart MinimServer from the Package Center. Please can you try the following on DSM 6.0: 1) From the MinimWatch minim icon, select Close 2) From the Synology Package Center, uninstall MinimServer (using the option to save the configuration file) 3) From the Synology Package Center, install MinimServer 0.8.3.1 using a manual install After this, does MinimServer show as running in the Package Center? |

I will follow up with Synology about this. Thanks also for confirming that MinimServer 0.8.3.1 is working correctly on the DS212+. |
