You should be able to solve this by removing Composer.displayRole={artist} from the tagCustom property and restarting MinimServer. It looks like the BeoSound isn't handling composer information correctly and is treating it as artist information.

RE: Synology DS215J and beosound/beomaster5
i have just been browsing through some of the titles that covers and some that dont

i have ripped all my CDS with Itunes in highest quality and then converted it to flac

and on some of the albums it looks like this

1-01 Rhythm Of Romance.flac
1-02 If I Should Lose This Love.flac
1-03 Shame.flac
1-04 Sunset On L.A..flac
1-05 Moment To Moment.flac
1-06 Cry Of Love.flac
1-07 The Time Of Day.flac
1-08 Bound To Cry.flac
1-09 The Joker's Wild.flac
1-10 Inconsolable Man.flac
folder.jpg

and other look like this

01 Slow Love.flac
02 Lost And Found.flac
03 Words Can Kill.flac
04 Down With Love.flac
05 Cry Baby.flac
06 Tierras De Amores Y Sombras.flac
07 My Oh My It's A Miracle.flac
08 Alive By Science.flac
09 A Woman Crossed In Love.flac
10 Constantly Constantine.flac
folder.jpg

but that is not the problem i think cause there is album covers on the beosound with the 2 different layouts

It sounds like you have added Artist to itemTags. You need to remove this setting.

I think the album cover problem is probably caused by ripping your CDs with iTunes. iTunes uses a separate database for album covers and doesn't embed them in the audio files. See this thread for a solution using a Doug Script. Alternatively, you could add a folder.jpg file to each album folder that doesn't already have this.

Please post a folder listing for one of the albums that is not showing an album art image.

Thanks! MinimServer should use embedded artwork from any of the .flac files if they contain artwork and should use the folder.jpg file otherwise.

Can you try another control point to check whether the artwork is displaying there? Linn Kinsky would be suitable for this and can be installed on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. This would be a test to confirm whether MinimServer is sending the album art to the control point.
