MinimServer on Win 8.1 not working

Hi,
I installed MinimServer x64 on my new pc runnninf on Win 8.1 : I can't see the server using upnp apps like Bubble or Upnplay on my smartphone...
I'm quite surprised because I had no problem previously on my old PC runnig on XP...

Is there is something special to do when intall on 8.1 ?

This is likely to be a firewall issue. Try completely disabling the Windows firewall to see if this fixes the problem. If it does, you need to add a firewall rule to allow Java to accept incoming connections.
