If you uninstall MinimServer and select the option to remove MinimServer completely, this should delete all folders created by Minimserver including the top-level MinimServer shared folder.

You can also remove the MinimServer shared folder manually by opening Control Panel in DSM and selecting Shared Folder. Select the MinimServer shared folder and click Delete.
