RE: Issue with artworkFolder setting
Thanks for letting me know about this problem. There are other problems such as absolute paths for artworkFolder not working on Windows with either \ or /. I will post back here when a fix is available.

RE: Issue with artworkFolder setting
Another issue i just discover with translated indexes and index subfolders:
serverOptions: language=fr indexTags : composer (translated in "Compositeur") when using indexArtwork=all, the translated folder name is recognized and the original name too : images in a composer folder, or compositeur folder are shown. when using indexArtwork=folder, the translated folder name is not recognized : images in compositeur folder aren't shown. I also noticed that for an index having a substitute, the image should match with the original index name, not the substitute : maybe good to precise in the documentation ? |

With indexArtwork=all, no image in the Composer folder and an image in the Compositeur folder, I don't see the image from the Compositeur folder. Instead I see an album cover from one of the albums by this composer. Quote:when using indexArtwork=folder, the translated folder name is not recognized : images in compositeur folder aren't shown. In both these cases, the tag name is used as the image folder name, not the translated or substitute name. This is different from artwork filenames, where the translated or substitute name is used for the folder artwork image name. I have updated the user guide page to clarify this. |

I will post back here when a fix is available. The problem with Windows paths (containing backslash instread of forward slash) is fixed in MinimServer update 260. Absolute paths are not allowed for artworkFolder (on all platforms), only relative paths. MinimServer update 260 checks for this and produces an error message if an absolute path is specified. |
