Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hoping you can help.

I have a full 2.0 licence that runs through to end October. This morning I couldn't find Minimserver on my streamer app and upon investigation discovered I have been downgraded to a starter licence. Rescanning Minimserver has returned my NAS files to my app but I still have the issue of now only having a starter version of the Minimserver.

I went to Licence -> Activate Full Licence and put in my licence code and email address receive a warning message in red (see Screengrab 1):

Network connection to minimworld.com not available

Hopefully this is trivial and can be sorted without too much problem.

Does your NAS have an internet connection? If so, this problem is likely to be caused by an incorrect DNS setting on your NAS.

Bingo! Thank you. Restarted NAS and now working perfectly. Thank you for such quick service.
