This error is caused by a bug in MinimServer when the QNAP system language is set to Traditional Chinese.

There will be a fix for this in the next update. For now, do the following:

1) Install MinimWatch on another computer if this isn't already installed
2) From the red minim icon, select Properties
3) On the Advanced tab of the Properties dialog, set the serverOptions property to language=zh-Hant
4) From the red minim icon, select Restart
