MinimServer uses the UPnP protocol to send the metadata to the control point. The control point should send it to the renderer. If the renderer (Volumio) does not display it, it is almost certainly a problem with Volumio.

Some renderers ignore the metadata from the control point and try to read metadata from the audio stream. The transcoded audio stream does not contain metadata. There is no setting in MinimServer to change this because it should not be needed if the renderer is working correctly.
