Minimserver won't rescan

Hi,
Whenever I try to rescan my QNAP TS421, a dialogue box opens to inform me that there is a minimserver error and that I should see the minimwatch log for details. I have cut & pasted the log below:

This means there is a network-related problem that is preventing MinimWatch and MinimServer from communicating. Try powering off the NAS and the computer that is running MinimWatch, then powering them on again.
