Folder View Always Showing File Names

Is it possible to configure MinimServer such that it always displays the file name in the Folder View (even when the file is tagged)? Or is this something that can be controlled by the Control Point program?

The filename is shown only when there is no Title tag in the file. If the file has a Title tag, this is shown instead of the filename in both tag view and folder view.
