Rescan/Restart/Refresh

Hi,
I'm new to this.
Minimwatch let's me:
Rescan (the one I usually use)
Restart and
Refresh
I would appreciate if someone can tell me what does each one of these.

Lumin App can do Rescan and also Update Music Library and Reload music Library.
Same question goes for these ones.

For the Lumin app, their manual gives no explanation, however I think:

Rescan - initiates a MinimServer rescan
Update - Lumin checks its local Lumin library against the MinimServer library and updates the local library with any changes in the MinimServer library since the last update of the local one. Seems to do this automatically when you start the Lumin app
Reload - deletes the local Lumin library and recreates it
