Minimwatch always grey

I never was able to connect Minimwatch to a/the Minimserver, which wasn't a problem, because the server ran on the same computer. Now after I've moved the server to a Synology NAS, I can't configure the server because Minimwatch (still) can't find any Server.

Q: How to configure (local) Minimwatch to connect to the server within LAN

This is probably a a firewall issue. If you are running MinimWatch on a Windows computer, try completely disabling the Windows firewall to see if this fixes the problem. If it does, you need to configure the Windows firewall to allow Java to accept incoming connections.

If disabling the firewall doesn't help, what computer are you using to run MinimWatch? Does this computer have multiple network adapters?

Minimwatch on Win7 64bit, Minimserver on a Synology DS115 (Installation from official package).
Two network adapters as shown in the picture.

MinimWatch is probably using the VirtualBox adapter instead of the LAN adapter. To fix this, set the MinimWatch ohnet.subnet property as described in this section.
