Minimwatch icon with red background

My Minimwatch icon has a bright red background. Hovering the cursor over the icon I receive the following message:

wsidchk error 3at offset 852, resetting to Starter Edition

I haven't tried to do anything to resolve this, is it serious? The bright red looks ominous.

Can you tell me what I should do to restore things?

This error is usually produced by MinimServer rather than MinimWatch. However, it might be reported by MinimWatch. The solution is to update to MinimServer update 259 (see this post) and MinimWatch update 118 (see this post).
