Minimserver 2.2 will not install to Windows - says no JAVA

As title says I tried to install Minimserver 2.2 to my Windows 10 64 bit PC (to use with Lumin app).

I installed most recent version of JAVA 64 bit version as directed.

When I go to install Minimserver it says Java not installed.

????????

Where exactly are you seeng the "Java not installed" message? Can you post a screenshot?

Also, what was the exact version of Java you installed and where did you download it from?

The message comes up after I go through the install process for MinimServer. When it asks if you wish to open it- I then get the message.
I cannot open it after the install process. It may actually be installed but it is not able to be opened. (see attachment).

Using most recent version of Java for Windows from their website.

The install file is jre-8u361-windows-x64

Ok, I think I got it sorted out.
The JARX program seemed to be blocking the process.
I removed that and MinimServer opened up.

Now I have to figure out how I used to use it with the Lumin App. LOL.
