How to remove license on Synology DS?

Hello,
instead of extending a license, I ordered a new "minim server 2" license for my Synology Diskstation, as my familiy name and e-mail changed.
The problem now is, when I want to activate the license, I get the message that this device has a license already. I like to remove this license, but the tabulator is not able to select, as it is grey.
I deinstalled miinim server 2 and then installed latest minim server 2 to the Synology Diskstation. But still I get the same message, that this device is activated with another license.
How can I remove the old license? Logged in to the old license information, but but found no "remove license" button there. And at Diskstation, the tab to remove license is not activ.
At the moment, the Diskstation is working with the 30 days trial.
