ReadyNAS 4 Ultra Plus (fw 6.9.6)

When reading the documentation it seems my NAS should be supported, when I try to upload the installation package I get an error,

Error: Only Debian (.deb) packages are allowed.

Is my NAS not supported ? If it is supported what am I doing wrong ?

The latest firmware for this model is RAIDiator 4.2.31 (see this page). If you are running this firmware, you can install MinimServer.

I believe it was also possible to install OS 6 on this device and it sounds like your device has OS 6 installed. MinimServer is not compatible with OS 6. I will update the MinimServer web page to clarify this.

Yes OS 6 still gets updates, so I think most owners has updated from RAIDiator to get security patches and new features. Thanks though.
